2. No cookies, no tracking pixels
Impact Media AI Marketing Agency does not use cookies, tracking pixels, behavioral advertising tags or cross-site tracking technologies on this website. We do not deploy the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or any similar tools on impact-med.com. No consent banner is required because no consent-based tracking takes place.
When we run advertising or measurement on behalf of our clients, those tools live on their websites and platforms under their own privacy policies and consent mechanisms — not on this site.
3. Scope
This policy applies to impact-med.com and all subdomains, and to any communication you initiate with us via email, phone, WhatsApp, social media or contact forms. It covers visitors, leads, clients, partners and job applicants worldwide.

- Message content, project briefs and any attachments you submit
- Billing and payment details where applicable
- Anything you choose to share via email, WhatsApp, calls or forms
4.2 Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp, response status) strictly for security, abuse prevention and operational diagnostics. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are not used to profile visitors or build advertising audiences.
4.3 Information from third parties
- Publicly available business information (e.g. LinkedIn, company websites)
- Referrals from partners or existing clients
5. How we use information (legal bases)
We process personal data under the following legal bases as required by the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and equivalent laws:
- Contract: to provide and manage agreed services
- Legitimate interest: to operate, secure and improve our business and respond to inquiries
- Consent: for direct marketing communications where required
- Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting and other applicable laws
6. Data we process on behalf of clients
When we deliver marketing services, we may process personal data of our clients' own customers and prospects (for example, leads we generate or contact lists they share with us). In that scenario the client is the data controller and Impact Media AI Marketing Agency acts as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
Our handling of that data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which we make available to every client.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only when necessary, with:
- Trusted service providers (hosting, email, CRM, accounting) under written agreements
- Legal, regulatory and law enforcement authorities when required by law
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors)
- Counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition or restructuring
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
8. International data transfers
Personal data may be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Israel and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK International Data Transfer Addenda, adequacy decisions or your explicit consent.
9. Data retention
- Financial and contractual records: up to 7 years
- Prospect and lead data: up to 24 months from last interaction
- Server logs: up to 30 days
- On verified request, data is deleted earlier where no legal obligation requires retention
10. Your rights

- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
10.3 Israel (Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981)

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, vendor due diligence and least-privilege principles. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Third-party links
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Impact Media is not responsible for the practices of third parties.
14. Automated decision-making and AI
We use AI and machine learning models for lead scoring, audience analysis, creative optimization and campaign automation, primarily on behalf of our clients. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals based solely on automated processing without human review.
15. Marketing communications
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to messages, or contacting info@impact-med.com. Transactional and service messages may still be sent as needed.
